You'll have the freedom to:
- Shape CRM strategy and customer journeys.
- Drive marketing automation initiatives.
- Use data to improve campaign performance.
- Experiment, test and optimise.
- Influence how we engage customers globally.
- Work closely with sales, product and marketing teams.
- Develop scalable programmes that support business growth.
This is a role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing CRM programmes and customer engagement strategies.
- Building audience segmentation and targeting frameworks.
- Creating and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Developing automated customer journeys and nurture programmes.
- Running A/B tests to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Analysing performance and providing actionable insights.
- Supporting lead generation and customer retention initiatives.
- Maintaining CRM data quality and compliance standards.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing activity.
What You'll Bring
You'll likely have experience in:
- CRM, lifecycle marketing or campaign management.
- Marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Audience segmentation and customer journey design.
- Email marketing and nurture campaigns.
- Analytics, reporting and performance optimisation.
- A/B testing and experimentation.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
