About the opportunity
The Campaign Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution, delivery, and optimisation of managed service campaigns. This role ensures campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, and optimised to meet or exceed agreed KPIs, while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and client service.
What will you do?
- Own end-to-end setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimisation of managed service campaigns
- Ensure campaigns align with media plans, IOs, client objectives, and platform best practices
- Monitor delivery and pacing daily, proactively flagging risks or performance issues
- Optimise campaigns against KPIs including CTR, VTR, Viewability, Reach, Frequency, and CPA (where applicable)
- Implement campaign updates such as budget changes, creative swaps, targeting updates, and flight extensions
- Act as the operational point of contact for Account Management on assigned accounts
- Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and creative issues in collaboration with Product, Studio, and external partners
- Support reporting validation and discrepancy checks with third-party measurement partners

What will you bring to the team?
Your skills and experiences:
- 2–4 years’ experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Operations
- Hands-on experience managing managed-service digital campaigns end to end
- Experience working with DSPs, ad servers, and third-party measurement tools
- Exposure to video and display formats across branding and performance objectives
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
- Solid understanding of digital advertising KPIs (CTR, VTR, Viewability, Reach, Frequency)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, Studio, and Tech teams
