You'll be the person who helps shape the message, define the audience, challenge assumptions and build campaigns that deliver real impact.
Client Details
Fusion21 is a social enterprise and national procurement specialist working with organisations across social housing, education, blue light and the wider public sector.
They help their members deliver projects that improve communities, generate social value and tackle some of the biggest challenges facing the sector.
They're also proud to be a not-for-profit organisation, reinvesting surplus into the Fusion21 Foundation to support initiatives that improve lives and create opportunities.
Description
This isn't a role for someone who waits for a brief to land in their inbox.
They need someone who's naturally curious. Someone who can walk into a meeting, ask the right questions, uncover the real story and turn it into campaigns that resonate with the audiences that matter.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
