Campaign Manager – Programmatic

Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £30,000–£35,000

We’re working with a leading global digital advertising business looking to hire a Campaign Manager into its growing UK Operations team.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has gained some exposure to digital Ad Operations or programmatic advertising and wants to develop deeper technical and trading experience.

The Role

You’ll work across digital advertising campaigns from initial setup through to optimisation and reporting, collaborating closely with experienced campaign managers, commercial teams and agency partners.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Support the setup, trafficking and delivery of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance and delivery against client KPIs.
  • Work with pixels, tags and third-party tracking tools.
  • Make campaign optimisations to improve performance and ensure successful delivery.
  • Help troubleshoot tracking, targeting and delivery issues.
  • Work closely with Sales and Client Services teams.
  • Support reporting and turn campaign data into useful insights.
  • Develop your knowledge of DSPs, programmatic trading and the wider digital advertising ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
