BRG are a forward-thinking family of brilliantly diverse restaurant brands across the UK and Internationally.
We're passionate about food and hospitality and constantly looking for new ways to innovate, grow our brands and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Slim Chickens is one of the UK's fastest-growing chicken brands, built around our famous fresh, hand-breaded chicken tenders, distinctive Southern hospitality, and an unrivalled choice of sauces.
As we continue to grow the brand across the UK, we're building a marketing team with the ambition, pace and commercial focus to match.
We're looking for a Campaigns Manager who can turn our brand strategy and commercial priorities into brilliant campaigns that drive guests through our doors, build frequency and strengthen the Slim Chickens brand.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Campaign Manager will take ownership of the planning, development and end-to-end delivery of the Slim Chickens UK campaign calendar.
This is a commercially focused marketing role responsible for turning brand strategy, guest insight and trading priorities into integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Working cross-functionally across Marketing, Operations, Food, Digital, Commercial and Finance, you'll lead campaigns from the initial insight and brief through creative development, launch, restaurant execution and post-campaign evaluation.
You'll be expected to combine strong brand thinking with commercial judgement: understanding both what will make guests choose Slim Chickens and what will drive performance for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Own and manage the annual and quarterly Slim Chickens marketing campaign calendar, aligned to brand strategy, trading priorities and commercial objectives.
- Translate business objectives, guest insight and market opportunities into clear campaign strategies and activation plans.
- Identify opportunities across the calendar to drive guest acquisition, frequency, average spend and brand consideration.
- Develop clear campaign objectives, KPIs, audiences and measurement frameworks before activity goes live.
- Work with the Marketing Director to evolve the longer-term marketing and campaign strategy for the brand.
End-to-End Campaign Leadership
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns from initial concept through to execution and evaluation.
- Write clear, inspiring, and commercially grounded briefs for creative, media, digital, CRM, social, PR, and restaurant activation.
- Own campaign critical paths, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure campaigns connect effectively across paid, owned, earned, digital and in-restaurant guest touchpoints.
- Act as the central marketing lead for major brand campaigns, ensuring stakeholders have clarity on objectives, responsibilities, timings, and deliverables.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
