About the Role
Planful is looking for a highly driven Campaign Manager to take ownership of demand generation campaign strategy and execution, from owned and sponsored webinars to full-funnel nurture, event promotion, and direct mail programs. This is an execution-first role: you'll work closely with our Director of Demand Generation and Senior ABM Campaign Manager to bring everything to life on time, then own the reporting and communicate results back to every stakeholder involved.
The ideal candidate has a bias for action and treats deadlines as non-negotiable. They're always looking for the next test to run or the next thing to improve, and they care about the outcome, not just the output, staying focused on generating pipeline that Sales can work and that turns into revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own the demand gen campaign calendar end to end, keeping every program on schedule and error-free from kickoff to wrap.
- Build, schedule, and launch email programs, including dedicated sends and event-related email.
- Own evergreen programs across the full funnel, from early-stage education tracks through mid-funnel consideration content to late-stage, sales-ready nurture.
- Manage webinar production from registration page through post-event follow-up, including promotion, speaker coordination, and attendee experience.
- Plan and execute direct mail and gifting campaigns, coordinating timing and targeting with ABM and Sales priorities.
- Source the copy and assets that power webinars, nurture tracks, and email programs.
- Coordinate with Creative, Product Marketing, and Sales to keep messaging, assets, and timing aligned across every campaign.
- Own reporting for every campaign you execute, covering registrations, attendance, email performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Report results back to all key stakeholders on a consistent cadence.
- Turn campaign data into clear takeaways that inform the next test or iteration.
- Bring a test-and-iterate mindset to every campaign, running structured tests on subject lines, send times, webinar formats, and gifting offers.
- Use campaign results to refine playbooks and improve performance over time.
- Use AI tools like Claude to speed up day-to-day execution, from drafting email and nurture copy to summarizing campaign reporting.
- Use AI to support the test-and-iterate process, generating and evaluating test variants for subject lines, webinar formats, and offers faster than manual testing alone.
- Manage third-party lead gen vendor programs, from selection and setup through delivery, ensuring lead quality and program ROI hold up against targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
