Campaign & MarCom Manager

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and highly collaborative Campaign & Marketing Communications Manager to join our Global Marketing team and play a pivotal role in bringing our brand, solutions, and products to life through integrated global campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, content, and performance. You'll lead the development and execution of full-funnel campaigns, working across multiple teams and regions to deliver measurable business impact and exceptional customer experiences.


What You'll Be Doing

Drive Global Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead integrated global marketing campaigns across brand, solution, product, and vertical market priorities.
  • Create compelling campaign narratives, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts that engage audiences throughout the customer journey.
  • Build and manage full-funnel marketing initiatives spanning awareness, consideration, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, effectively governed, and delivered to a high standard from planning through to performance evaluation.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the central orchestrator across Brand, Product Marketing, Digital, PR, Sales, UCX, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to align go-to-market activities, messaging, campaign timing, and activation plans.
  • Collaborate with channel specialists to ensure seamless campaign activation across digital, social, PR, paid media, website, and ABM channels.
  • Manage external creative agencies and production partners from briefing through to final delivery.

Enable Global-to-Local Success

  • Develop campaign toolkits, playbooks, activation guidelines, and localization packages that empower regional teams.
  • Conduct campaign onboarding and enablement sessions to ensure successful global deployment.
  • Ensure assets, messaging, customer journeys, and campaign materials maintain consistency while allowing local relevance.
  • Work with content and digital teams to deliver compelling always-on content that sustains engagement and brand visibility.

Measure, Optimize & Improve

  • Define campaign performance frameworks and success metrics.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness in partnership with channel and analytics teams.
  • Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations and optimizations.
  • Capture and share campaign learnings to continually improve future initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or marketing communications.
  • Proven success delivering multi-channel campaigns within global or matrix organisations.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Digital, Product, Sales, and regional stakeholders.
  • Strong experience managing creative agencies and external partners.

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of full-funnel campaign planning and execution.
  • Excellent storytelling, messaging development, and creative briefing capabilities.
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects and influence stakeholders across different functions and regions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
