WisdomTree is seeking an experienced, commercially minded and highly organised Campaigns Manager to join our European Marketing team in London.
Reporting to the Head of Digital and Campaigns Marketing, you will lead the planning, coordination and optimisation of integrated, multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across Europe, targeting professional and retail investor audiences and translating commercial priorities into clear, measurable programmes that engage clients and support business growth.
Working closely with regional sales teams and the marketing team across Content, Digital, Paid Activation, Social Events and Design, you will act as the central campaign lead defining audiences, messaging, channel mix, content requirements, timelines and KPIs, and driving campaigns from planning to successful execution. You will also have the opportunity to lead, coach and develop a motivated and ambitious direct report, supporting their growth while building a high-performing campaign function.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience developing and delivering integrated campaigns, alongside exceptional campaign planning, project management and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution, commercial awareness and a focus on lead generation and continually improving campaign effectiveness.
Financial services experience is required, with experience in asset or investment management strongly preferred. Knowledge of ETFs/ETPs and the European investment landscape would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated campaigns, from initial brief and audience definition through activation, optimisation and post-campaign review.
- Develop clear campaign plans covering objectives, target audiences, messaging, channels, content requirements, timelines, responsibilities, KPIs and lead-management requirements.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaigns are aligned with commercial priorities and appropriate lead follow-up; feedback loops and measurements are in place.
- Work with Content to translate investment themes, market insights and product priorities into relevant, compliant and compelling campaign propositions.
- Coordinate activation across digital, email, paid media, social, content, events and other channels to deliver an integrated and well-sequenced client experience.
- Own paid media planning, including briefing, audience strategy, channel selection, performance review and optimisation, with a hands-on approach suited to an in-house or partially in-house operating model.
- Monitor performance against agreed KPIs, including engagement, conversion, lead generation and pipeline contribution, and translate insights into practical improvements.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns, proactively prioritising activity and managing deadlines, dependencies, stakeholders and delivery risks.
- Ensure campaign activity meets relevant regulatory, compliance and brand requirements across European markets.
- Lead post-campaign reviews and embed insights and learnings into future campaign planning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
