Role Description
We are seeking a data-driven Campaign Manager to join our marketing team in Belfast. This is a technical role where you will take ownership of the execution, delivery, optimization, and measurement of demand generation campaigns across the marketing mix to drive new lead opportunities. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate and optimize campaign performance and maintain a relentless focus on demand, lead generation and channel reporting to drive measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Delivery: Develop, plan and implement demand and lead generation campaigns via paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn) and other key acquisition channels.
- Project Management: Manage acquisition business growth, partnering with members of the wider marketing team on digital, content creation and data analysis to attract and nurture new customers.
- Performance Optimization: Conducting keyword research, audience targeting and ongoing campaign performance metrics to optimise strategies and improve conversion rates, lead quality, reduce cost per lead and deliver agreed pipeline generation targets.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Actively track, assess, and report on key metrics across all campaign channels, delivering actionable insights on CAC, CTR, conversion funnels, and pipeline ROI.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales Operations to support campaign optimization including messaging, landing pages, and creative formats across paid and digital channels.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Hands-on performance marketing & demand generation, or lead generation campaign marketing experience ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or financial services.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
- Platform Mastery: Proven expertise in managing budgets, targeting, and execution across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with evidence of pipeline and lead generation performance.
- AI & Testing Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools and a track record of executing critical A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign performance and output.
- Analytics & Performance Marketing Acumen: Solid working knowledge and experience with tracking setup, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills within a fast-paced global team.

Compensation
Salary Range: £35,000 - 45,000 base salary per year
