Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Officer to support the end to end planning, delivery, and optimisation of Homesense marketing campaigns. As part of the Homesense Marketing team, the role will contribute to the strategic planning and execution of all Homesense marketing activity, whilst partnering with TK Maxx teams on dual brand communications.

Working closely with Homesense Marketing Managers, the Creative Team, and Centres of Expertise, the successful candidate will ensure campaigns are integrated across channels, delivered effectively, and aligned with business and brand objectives. This role is instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful execution of customer-centric marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the wider team with campaign planning and delivery to ensure campaigns are well-integrated, delivered on time and to budget.
  • Support Comms and Marketing Managers in the execution of the wider marketing strategy and deliver varied projects to meet defined business objectives.
  • Create clear and robust creative briefs. Developing ideas and building strategies with both the internal Creative Team and external agencies, whilst continually monitoring output and performance.
  • Track and report the effectiveness of all campaigns and projects, sharing actionable insights with the wider business.
  • Share key product and trend information with relevant marketing teams.
  • Partner with other functions across the business to ensure alignment on both key business and team strategic objectives
  • Ensure progress on campaigns is clearly and regularly communicated, appropriately raising any issues in time for necessary action to be taken.
  • Lead regular campaign status meetings.

Key Skills And Experience

  • TJX Europe Brand & Marketing experience is Highly desirable
  • Existing officer level
  • Fluent in English – proven excellent writing and presenting skills
  • Self-starter, proactive and able to work independently with limited support
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interest in retail (fashion & home)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple diverse projects at once
  • Willing to get involved in challenging or stretch projects and tasks
  • Shows business awareness and understanding of customer needs
  • Readily shares knowledge and expertise with others and embraces our culture of development and learning
  • Results driven, and committed to achieving targets and goals within deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills – relationship building, team workings, influencing skills
