Campaign Operations Associate

Location: London
Role Type: Contract - 12 months
Work Setup: Onsite - 5 days in the office

What you'll do

  • Build, schedule, test, and deliver multichannel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messaging, and customer communications.
  • Create and optimise automated customer journeys, using A/B testing and performance insights to improve engagement.
  • Ensure campaign accuracy through data validation, audience segmentation, consent management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Content, and Support teams to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance, maintain dashboards and reporting, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet regulatory requirements, maintain clear documentation, and support customer communication queries where required.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in CRM management, CRM execution, and CRM analytics, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, schedule, test, and deliver multichannel campaigns, including customer segmentation and automated customer journeys.
  • Experience delivering email and CRM campaigns within a regulated environment, ideally within financial services or retail banking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience validating data, interpreting campaign performance, building reports, and using A/B testing to optimise customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of email deliverability, consent management, communications regulations, and campaign governance.
  • Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
