About our client
Our client was started with one purpose in mind: reimagining the lead generation market. They pitch their services to top tier B2B technology vendors in the UK, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, to some of the industry leaders across a plethora of business lines. They help their clients generate leads and increase their brand awareness with their highly-targeted, highly-personal range of email marketing and tele-marketing campaigns.
They have achieved exponential growth since their inception in 2020, and are looking for a self-starter to join their campaign management team to ensure their service remains first class, whilst they continue to expand into 2027.
The role
Behind every great campaign is someone who makes sure the detail is right. That's where you come in. You'll join a small, friendly team working with some of the biggest names in B2B technology, on campaigns that reach right across the globe. You'll start by getting to know the data, checking and verifying leads so every campaign lands well.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
