About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, curious, and proactive Campaign & Paid Media Manager to deliver paid-media campaigns for some of the world’s best-known brands across healthcare, education, FMCG, finance, and tech.
This is a mid-weight role for someone who already has practical experience planning, launching, and optimising paid digital campaigns. You’ll work closely with clients and our strategy, creative, data, and project teams to turn briefs into effective media activity, understand performance, and make recommendations that improve results.
We value personality, communication, and good judgement just as highly as technical ability. You do not need to be an expert in every platform, but you should be comfortable using paid-advertising platforms and keen to build on your existing experience in a fast-paced agency environment.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes ownership of their work, and is confident building relationships with clients and partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients and communicate clearly and confidently.
- Turn client briefs into effective paid-media plans with the wider team.
- Set up, launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Create client reports and dashboards, turning campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Review creative performance and share learnings for future campaigns.
- Work with job boards, media partners, and suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively.
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations at pace.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
