Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in content, campaigns, events, media, or digital production
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting webinars, podcasts, or live digital events
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms, recording tools, or podcast workflows
  • Experience in B2B media, events, or digital publishing

Responsibilities

Webinar and Podcast Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of internal webinars and podcasts, from planning through to live delivery and post-campaign follow-up
  • Coordinate schedules, speakers, internal stakeholders, and production teams
  • Ensure webinars and podcasts are delivered on time, to brief, and to a high production standard

Campaign and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders involved in webinars and podcasts
  • Work closely with Campaign Partners, Sales, and Editorial teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives
  • Manage timelines, run sheets, agendas, and campaign trackers

Production and Operations

  • Liaise with video, audio, and production teams to coordinate recording, editing, and publishing
  • Support live webinar delivery, including tech checks, speaker prep, and live moderation support where required
  • Ensure all assets are correctly stored, named, and shared post-production

Content and Quality Control

  • Ensure all webinar and podcast content aligns with BizClik brand standards and tone of voice
  • Review outlines, scripts, and speaker briefs to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Support the repurposing of content into clips, highlights, and on-demand assets

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Track delivery milestones and campaign performance metrics
  • Gather feedback from internal teams to continuously improve webinar and podcast delivery
  • Support reporting on content output and engagement where required
