Radcliffe Group – comprising Radcliffe Medical Education and Radcliffe Medical Media – is a media publishing company supporting the continuous learning and development of cardiovascular healthcare professionals through the provision of superior-quality educational content.
To support the demands of client delivery, Radcliffe Medical Media is seeking to appoint a Campaign Reporting Executive to take responsibility for producing accurate, timely and client-ready reports on the performance of client campaigns.
Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with Projects, Marketing and Account Management teams, the successful candidate will use data from a variety of internal reporting tools to validate campaign results, produce Excel and PowerPoint reports, and respond credibly to follow-up questions from internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, timely and well-presented client campaign reports, primarily in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Extract and review data from Power BI and relevant internal systems, checking completeness, consistency and accuracy before reporting.
- Report on live webinars, on-demand content, email, social and other campaign activity, as required.
- Analyse performance measures including registrations, attendance, on-demand views, engagement, viewing duration and campaign conversion.
- Analyse audience demographics including geography, job title, specialty and areas of interest, where available and appropriate.
- Create clear tables, charts, and supporting commentary (where required).
- Work to agreed reporting templates, deadlines and quality-control processes, maintaining consistent presentation and terminology.
- Answer internal and occasional client questions about reported results, explaining the data clearly and credibly.
- Maintain organised source data, calculations, report versions and approval records.
- Identify recurring reporting issues and recommend practical improvements to data quality, templates and workflows.

- Around 2+ years’ experience in reporting, data management, business intelligence support or a comparable role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and interrogate results.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, including organising, checking and presenting data in clear charts and tables.
- Experience using Power BI reports or dashboards to retrieve, interrogate and interpret data.
- Good PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn data into a polished, concise client-facing report.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, exact approach to quality control.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the confidence to explain performance data to non-technical colleagues and clients.
- The ability to manage several reporting deadlines and prioritise work without compromising accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work without detailed supervision.
- A collaborative, approachable and credible manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent. A numerical, analytical, agency or wider business background is desirable, although not essential.
