We are looking for a switched-on Campaign Reporting Executive to join the team of a successful medical media publishing company. This role will support the company’s client delivery by producing accurate, timely and client-ready reporting on the performance of their client campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early on in their career, with around 2 years’ relevant experience, and an analytical background, who enjoys working with data, building clear reporting outputs and communicating insights confidently. You’ll work with the Projects team, Marketing and Account management, using Power BI and internal systems to validate results, build report packs and answer follow-up questions from internal teams and clients when required.
This role offers hybrid working with 2 days a week in their Buckinghamshire office and 3 days from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating well-presented PowerPoint and Excel client campaign reports.
- Extracting and validating data from Power BI and internal systems.
- Reporting on webinars, on-demand, email, social and other campaign activity.
- Analysing performance (e.g. registrations, attendance, views, engagement, conversions).
- Producing clear tables, charts and commentary to explain results.
- Address internal/occasional client questions and improve reporting workflows.
- Managing multiple reporting deadlines and prioritise effectively.
Who We’re Looking For
The successful person will have around 2 years’ experience in reporting, data management, business intelligence support or similar. You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent and confident in advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for concise, client-facing reporting, as well as experience using Power BI to retrieve and interpret data. You should be confident, detail-focused and analytical, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and question results.
