Why we need this role
We're looking for a Campaign Executive to join our Global Brand & Content team. In this role, you'll help bring integrated marketing campaigns to life, working with colleagues from across Colt to deliver activity that builds our brand, engages customers and supports business growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone with around two years' experience in marketing, campaigns, or communications who wants to develop their skills across integrated B2B marketing campaigns, content development, digital campaign channels, stakeholder coordination, reporting and sales enablement.
You'll thrive in this role if you're eager to learn, enjoy solving problems and are always looking for practical ways to make a positive impact.
What you will do
- Support the planning and delivery of our integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, social, web, content and sales enablement.
- Coordinate campaign activities and help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Work with colleagues across marketing, sales, product and solutions teams to gather inputs and keep projects moving forward.
- Manage campaign timelines, trackers and action plans.
- Support the development of campaign assets, including briefs, copy, email marketing, landing pages, social media posts, content marketing assets, sales materials and internal updates.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners, helping to manage feedback, approvals and delivery of campaign materials.
- Help monitor campaign performance, marketing reporting and engagement metrics, then turn data into useful insights and recommendations.
- Help ensure campaign materials are clear, consistent and aligned to Colt's brand voice.
- Conduct market, customer and competitor research to support campaign planning.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and manage your workload effectively.
What we're looking for
- Around two years' experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally in a B2B or technology organisation.
- A curiosity about technology and how it helps businesses solve real-world challenges.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, deadlines and campaign actions across multiple projects.
- The confidence to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn information into clear, useful messaging.
- A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership while working closely with stakeholders and the wider team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An interest in campaign performance, marketing reporting, engagement metrics and using data to make better marketing decisions.
- Experience using marketing technology tools such as CRM, CMS, marketing automation, reporting platforms or project management tools would be helpful, but is not essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
