CAMPAIGN & TALENT MANAGER
Salary: £35,000 P/A + up to 10% bi-annual bonus
Level: Ideally 2+ years’ experience in talent management and/or campaign management
Hours: Full time (09:30–17:30, Monday–Friday with an early finish on Fridays)
Location: North London (full-time office-based role)

THE ROLE
As a Campaign & Talent Manager, you’ll take ownership of both campaign delivery and talent relationships within the Connect team.
This is a hands-on, people-first role that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You’ll manage campaigns end-to-end, build strong relationships with talent and brands, and support the long-term growth and development of the creators you work with.
You’ll work closely with our wider Talent and Campaign teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, talent feel supported, and we continue delivering the high standard Connect is known for.
This is a full-time, on-site role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
- Lead and oversee influencer campaigns from briefing through to final delivery
- Manage client communication, campaign timelines, deliverables and expectations
- Coordinate between brands, talent and internal teams throughout the campaign process
- Ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep campaigns moving
Talent Management & Support
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a roster of Connect talent
- Build strong, trusted relationships with creators and act as a key point of contact
- Ensure talent are supported across campaigns, opportunities and wider career development
- Manage communication between talent, brands and internal Connect teams
- Support talent with opportunities, events and partnerships where required

Talent Strategy & Growth
- Hold regular strategy sessions with talent
- Support social media growth, content planning and long-term creator development
- Identify opportunities to strengthen talent positioning, commercial potential and personal brand
- Work with talent to set clear goals and help drive progress against them
- Stay close to social trends, platforms and the wider creator economy to identify new opportunities
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Talent Managers, Campaign Managers and the wider Connect team
- Support the onboarding of new talent where required
- Share knowledge, ideas and best practice across the team
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive and high-performance culture
- Support wider Connect projects and initiatives as the business continues to grow
NICE TO HAVES
- Ideally 2+ years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing or brand campaigns
- Confident managing campaigns and talent relationships independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strategic mindset with a genuine passion for creator growth
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of influencer marketing
- Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You'll be working at our young, vibrant and energetic office, where there's always a great atmosphere and a social vibe. Our office hours are 9:30 to 5:30, and we're in the office five days a week, so you'll quickly become an integral part of the team and dive right in from day one.
