Role Overview
The Campaigns Executive supports the coordination and delivery of high-impact global and regional brand campaigns, ensuring all activity is aligned to business priorities and delivered on time. Sitting within the brand team, this role works closely with the Campaigns Manager and the Global Brand Senior Manager to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard.
The campaigns team operates as an internal account team to connect strategy to execution and collaborates across marketing, business development, communications, and digital teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns that strengthen market position and client engagement. Within this model, the Campaigns Executive provides the coordination and delivery support that underpins campaign activity, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination and Delivery
- Support the Campaigns Manager in coordinating end-to-end campaign delivery, from initial brief through execution and performance analysis.
- Assist in developing campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment to firm strategy and growth priorities.
- Lead the project administration of campaigns, including helping set project schedules and deadlines, tracking content review processes, and conducting post-mortem reviews.
- Monitor SEO analytics via the firm's SEO platform and compile results for reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Support coordination across marketing, business development, communications, and senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- Help prepare status updates, reports, and performance insights for stakeholder communication.
- Support alignment of stakeholders on objectives, messaging, and deliverables.
- Send regular reports and communications to project teams about campaign results, including web analysis and KPI evaluation.
Budget and Resource Administration
- Assist with budget tracking and administration for campaign activity.
- Help coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver work within agreed scope and timelines.
- Monitor spend and flag any issues to the Campaigns Manager.

Content and Brand Delivery
- Strong creative writing skills. Help produce and edit marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Support the development and execution of creative campaigns across channels, working with design, content, and digital teams.
- Ensure the firm's brand and identity is adhered to across all campaign materials.
- Oversee editing and proofreading of content received from partners, converting to the required format.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams (designers, content, PR, social media) and external agencies on deliverables and scheduling.
- Help ensure all contributors are aligned to campaign goals, timelines, and outputs.
- Assist in identifying and escalating delivery challenges to keep campaigns on track.
- Support the delivery of thought leadership campaigns for firmwide initiatives.
Research and Data
- Conduct background research into chosen campaign topics.
- Support the monitoring of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for high-impact marketing initiatives.
- Assist in compiling market trends and competitor data to inform strategic evaluation of potential campaigns.
- Track and compile campaign performance data, supporting analysis and post-mortem reviews.
- Assist with evaluating the impact of marketing campaigns in achieving their stated objectives.
Digital Coordination
- Ensure web properties and digital platforms are updated and that campaigns are reflected in the content calendar.
- Help optimise audience journeys throughout campaign delivery.
- Contribute to the social media plans and post creation for each campaign and help manage the campaigns playbook.
- Have familiarity with and facilitate campaign theme development, identify audience considerations, in addition to advising stakeholders on ideal channels (including web, video, social, podcasts, e-comms) during content creation conversations.
Agency Liaison
- Assist with preparing briefs, collating feedback, and tracking output from external agencies and suppliers.
- Support collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Help maintain quality and consistency in agency deliverables.
Skills And Experience
- Developing experience in campaign coordination, marketing, or brand delivery, ideally within professional services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and inputs simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and willingness to learn database systems.
- Familiarity with SEO systems and how to use them to advantage.
- Good understanding of content management systems and digital platforms.
- Self-starter who demonstrates initiative and follow through with tasks without the need for significant supervision and direction.
- Interest in developing industry and substantive knowledge.
- An understanding and use of the firm's CRM system.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
Experience Requirements

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred.

- IT: Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) as well as willingness to learn database systems.
