About IRG Media
IRG Media is a global creator marketing agency helping brands build meaningful connections through creators, culture, and content.
We combine creative thinking, smart creator partnerships, and performance-led strategy to deliver campaigns that feel native to audiences and drive real results.
We’re a growing, ambitious team working across global brands and markets — and we care just as much about great relationships and great ideas as we do great performance.
At the Heart of Delivery
Our Campaign team sits at the centre of the IRG experience — connecting our clients, creators, and internal teams to make great work happen.
We’re responsible for more than getting campaigns live. We own the quality of the experience from brief to delivery: keeping clients happy and confident, building brilliant relationships with creators, and making sure every campaign is delivered to an exceptional standard.
We want IRG to have a reputation for being one of the best teams to work with in creator marketing — for brands and creators alike. That means being proactive, responsive, solutions-focused, and meticulous about the detail, while always keeping the relationship human.
As a Campaign Executive, you’ll be right at the centre of that — helping us deliver work we’re proud of and making sure every interaction with IRG reflects the standard we want to be known for.
The Role
We’re looking for a brilliant Campaign Executive to join our growing Campaign team.
You’ll be hands-on across live creator campaigns — working with creators, supporting client delivery, and helping take partnerships from brief to live. You’ll keep campaigns moving, details tight, and communication clear, while learning what it takes to deliver brilliant creator marketing at scale.
It’s a role for someone who cares about the work and the experience around it — naturally organised, great with people, curious about creator marketing, and excited to learn fast.
What You’ll Be Doing
Campaign Delivery
- Help keep our campaigns moving from brief through to live.
- Support the day-to-day delivery of creator campaigns across multiple brands and markets.
- Brief creators and keep on top of timelines, content, and approvals.
- Track deliverables and make sure everyone knows what’s happening and when.
- Keep ClickUp and campaign trackers accurate and up to date.
- Spot potential blockers early and help the team solve them before they become problems.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Creator Relationships
- Creators are at the centre of what we do, so you’ll be a key day-to-day contact throughout campaigns.
- Reach out to creators and talent managers for live briefs and opportunities.
- Build positive, professional relationships with creators and their teams.
- Negotiate rates and deliverables within agreed campaign parameters.
- Manage content submissions, feedback, and revision rounds.
- Check content against the brief before it moves through to final approval.
- Make sure creators have everything they need to do their best work.
Creator Discovery
- Finding the right creator matters just as much as finding a big creator.
- You’ll work alongside our Discovery team to help turn longlists into campaign-ready shortlists.
- Review creators for brand, audience, and cultural fit.
- Sense-check rates, performance, and audience data.
- Look beyond follower count to understand whether a creator is genuinely right for the brief.
- Flag competitive conflicts and previous brand partnerships where relevant.
- Bring interesting new creators, niches, and communities to the team.
Reporting & Insights
- We don’t just report what happened — we want to understand why it worked and what we should do next.
- Help build clear, engaging client reports.
- Pull together creator and campaign performance data.
- Track metrics including reach, views, engagement, CPM, and creator performance.
- Help identify the content, creators, hooks, and formats driving results.
- Keep an eye on competitor activity and interesting work happening across the category.
- Turn campaign learnings into useful takeaways for the wider team and future briefs.
- Support weekly client updates, making sure the team has a clear view of campaign progress, performance, and next steps.
New Client Onboarding
- Help make sure every new client starts brilliantly.
- Set up Slack channels, ClickUp, calendars, and key campaign documentation.
- Build simple handover documents so everyone has the context they need.
- Make sure key information is easy to find and the team is ready to hit the ground running.
Creator Culture & Trends
- We want someone who’s genuinely interested in the creator space — not someone who only looks at TikTok when there’s a brief to deliver.
- Stay curious about creators, platforms, trends, and emerging formats.
- Share interesting campaigns, creators, and cultural moments with the team.
- Keep an eye on how other brands are showing up in creator marketing.
- Support research for pitches, creative development, and client conversations.
- Bring ideas. If you’ve spotted something interesting, we want to hear about it.

The Detail That Keeps Everything Moving
- Great creator campaigns rely on brilliant organisation behind the scenes.
- Keep ClickUp and campaign information accurate and up to date.
- Support with contracts, invoices, and campaign admin.
- Keep creator contact details, rates, and performance information organised and easy to access.
- Flag delayed content, missing assets, unanswered questions, or anything else that could affect delivery.
- Develop a reputation for spotting the thing that needs doing before someone has to ask.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything already. We care as much about curiosity, attitude, and potential as we do experience.
Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in creator/influencer marketing, talent, social, or a fast-moving agency environment.
Genuinely interested in social, creators, and the wider creator economy.
Super organised and comfortable juggling multiple live projects.
A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys working with creators and talent managers.
Commercially curious and comfortable negotiating rates and deliverables.
Interested in what makes content actually perform, not just whether it went live.
Comfortable getting into the numbers — from creator rates and CPMs to views and engagement.
Proactive — you spot things, ask questions, and get stuck in.
Calm when things move quickly — because in creator marketing, they often do.
Happy to ask when you don’t know something rather than guess.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to build a career in creator marketing and grow with us.
