Campaigns Manager/Marketing Executive

Reports to: CMO

Location: Hybrid / London 2-4 x per month

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £30,000-35,000


Introduction

This entrepreneurial, UK provider of sovereign private cloud and GPU-accelerated virtual desktop infrastructure is at an exciting period of its development. Our current customers are across sectors including architecture, engineering and construction. Our strategy is now to focus on new high-growth areas such as space and advanced manufacturing. We are a small, fast-moving team who collectively have a huge pedigree of success in the IT industry.

The Campaigns and Marketing person will be at the heart of a great business executing against an ambitious but achievable growth strategy. This could be a career-defining role for the successful candidate.


The Role

The Marketing Campaigns Manager will run the day-to-day operation of the outbound demand generation engine. You will work closely with the CMO and Sales Lead to execute, monitor and improve multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn and outbound calling, using HubSpot, Apollo and Clay as your core toolset.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role; you own getting campaigns live, keeping them running cleanly, and constantly evaluating and fine-tuning to maximise success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch and monitor multi-channel B2B campaigns (email, LinkedIn, outbound) using HubSpot, Apollo and Clay
  • Maintain and enrich target account and contact databases using Clay enrichment workflows
  • Build and manage Apollo outreach sequences, keeping messaging, timing and cadence on track
  • Keep HubSpot CRM data clean and up to date, including lead status, deal stages and reporting fields
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance daily and weekly, flagging underperformance and proposing fixes
  • Produce regular reporting on campaign activity, response rates and pipeline contribution
  • Support the wider marketing function with campaign administration as new initiatives launch

Requirements

  • Native-level English speaker
  • A degree in Marketing
  • 2 or more years' full-time experience in a B2B campaigns role
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with HubSpot, Apollo and Clay, gained in a working role rather than through training or certification alone
  • Practical experience setting up, running and monitoring multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, outbound)
  • Comfortable working with CRM data, sequences and enrichment workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable owning the operational side of campaigns independently once briefed
  • Prolific and proficient use of AI to support activities

Preferred Experience

  • B2B technology, SaaS or infrastructure sector experience
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) approaches
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience supporting campaigns into manufacturing, engineering or industrial sectors
