Job Description

We’re looking for an innovative marketing generalist reporting to the Director, Global Integrated Demand to support our fast-growing global business supporting our global campaigns, social media marketing, and email marketing growth engines to scale our demand. The Campaigns Marketing Specialist will drive day-to-day social media management & reporting on all corporate channels, creating and optimising integrated campaigns across multiple channels, and have a heavy focus on building our email marketing campaigns and nurtures. The ideal candidate for this role will have a get-it-done attitude and a proven track record of building and executing global email marketing campaigns across different industries and target personas, programme management for integrated global campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, and day-to-day corporate social media management experience.

The Kinds of Things You’ll Do

Global Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement global marketing campaigns that align with the company's strategic goals and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape across different regions.

Social Media Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling and visually appealing content (written and visual) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage a content calendar and ensure consistent posting and engagement across all channels, including monitoring and engaging for comments, messages, and mentions.

Email Marketing and Automation:

  • Own email marketing from content creation to execution.
  • Utilise customer data to segment email lists and create personalised email campaigns.
  • Implement dynamic content and personalisation strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Design and manage automated email workflows, including welcome series, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Optimise workflows based on performance data and best practices.
  • Communicate plans, updates, and results to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Analyse performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation and future strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics across areas.

What We Look For

  • +1 year of experience in marketing.
  • Degree in related marketing or business field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar is a requirement.
  • Knowledge in key areas of marketing (social media, content marketing, email marketing, event marketing, event logistics, ABM).
  • A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, social media management, and email marketing execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various social media channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.

Interview Process

  • 30-minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
  • 45-60-minute interview with the hiring manager, the Director of Global Integrated Demand
  • 30-minute interview with members of the Marketing team.
