Description
We’re looking for a confident and proactive Campaigns Outreach Executive to join our team—ideal for someone early in their career with outbound calling experience who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport.
Role Overview:
In this role, you’ll connect with our existing members through targeted outreach campaigns, promoting relevant services, events, and opportunities while keeping our community informed and engaged.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth and engagement.
Internally, this role is known as Distribution Consultant.
What you'll do
- Plan and carry out outbound calling campaigns to promote services, events, and partner offerings
- Work toward activity and engagement goals
- Track, record, and share campaign performance metrics with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Build and maintain positive relationships with third-party partners
- Identify and help develop new business opportunities across internal and external teams
- Attend events when needed to support outreach and relationship-building efforts
- Provide general support to the wider team, including additional tasks as needed

What you'll need to succeed:
Essential requirements:
- Confident telephone manner - experience of outbound calling is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good level of literacy, numeracy and computer literacy
- Flexibility - you'll be moving between different campaigns
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work to daily outbound call targets
- Self-motivated and resilient
Desirable requirements:
- Experience in financial services will be an advantage

Location: This role is a UK-based remote working role.
