Our Marketing Department is looking for an experienced Campaigns Team Manager to join the team. The purpose of this position is to lead the development and execution of best in-class brand and trade-driving campaigns to deliver against business strategy and objectives. This role is pivotal in driving our market presence and ensuring our campaigns resonate effectively with our target audience.

What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of best in-class brand and trade-driving through the line campaigns, to deliver against business strategy and objectives
- Support the development of annual comms plan, taking into account internal business and brand objectives, and external market and customer factors
- Main contact for campaign agency relationships, establishing and optimising ways of working and resource management, to enable strong and efficient working relationships
- Lead and implement agency strategy and processes to ensure the most efficient and effective agency production processes
- Ensuring all marketing materials have been through the necessary sign off processes, are compliant with internal and industry guidelines and standards, and aligned to brand guidelines
- Taking and implementing learnings from CIM and Brand teams to ensure campaigns, content and projects are delivering to brief effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring all campaigns, content and projects are hitting the brief, delivered on time and on budget, across all channels
- Work with internal, external and International stakeholders collaboratively and proactively, to ensure we are delivering against brand, commercial and customer needs
- Represent Campaigns to local and International stakeholders, including those at a board level
- Lead and develop a team, aligned to Lidl leadership principles
- Lead with a cost-awareness culture, planning and controlling agency fees and production costs

What you'll need
- Experience in a fast paced role with extensive multi-tasking and prioritising
- Strong interpersonal and social skills, including influencing and conflict management
- Good understanding of channels and content
- Proven leadership skills, with line management of teams and agencies essential
- Demonstrating commercial awareness and understanding
