About the Role
We build bespoke, high-spec campervans crafted without compromise. We are looking for an experienced technician with a strong technical grounding in off-grid 12V electrical systems, roof apertures, and auxiliary heating to play a key role in our workshop builds.
You’ll be working on fit-outs on varied platforms (VW Transporter, Crafter, Sprinter, Transit Custom and more), turning empty panel vans into fully autonomous, self-sufficient off-grid vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Off-Grid 12V / 230V Electrics:
- Complete wiring design and installation, neat loom building, and terminal termination.
- Integration of lithium battery banks, DC-DC chargers, inverters, smart shunts, distribution blocks, and CAN-bus/Bluetooth monitoring units (Victron Energy ecosystem experience strongly preferred).
- Roof-mounted solar panel installation, wiring, and MPPT charge controller installation.
- 230V mains hook-up circuits, consumer units, and certified safety compliance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
