Campus Administration Officer

We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Campus Administration Officer to join our friendly team at OneSchool Global Knockloughrim. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the campus while delivering an exceptional experience for students, staff, parents and visitors.

About You

You will be a professional and approachable individual who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. You will:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and act as a positive role model for students and colleagues
  • Provide a professional, welcoming and customer-focused service to parents, visitors, staff and external stakeholders
  • Have previous administration experience within an educational setting
  • Be confident using databases and administrative systems, including BromCom (training can be provided)
  • Hold GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Be able to prioritise workloads effectively, work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Be adaptable, flexible and willing to support the wider campus team when required

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Campus Principal, responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and external enquiries
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support across the campus
  • Maintaining accurate student records and ensuring data is kept up to date on systems
  • Supporting attendance monitoring
  • Coordinating campus communications, correspondence and documentation
  • Supporting the organisation of meetings, events and school activities
  • Managing filing, record-keeping and general office administration
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, safeguarding procedures and data protection requirements
  • Working collaboratively with campus and regional teams to support the effective running of the campus
