OneSchool Global UK is seeking a dedicated Campus Administrator & Exams Officer to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of campus operations, providing administrative support while ensuring the smooth and compliant delivery of examinations throughout the academic year.
This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys supporting both students and staff in achieving success.
About the Role
As Campus Administrator & Exams Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the campus and maintaining high standards of administration and organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Campus Principal and wider campus team.
- Managing reception duties and acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate student and staff records.
- Supporting the organisation of meetings, events and campus communications.
- Processing correspondence, reports and documentation.
- Coordinating all aspects of internal and external examinations in line with awarding body regulations.
- Managing exam entries, timetables, seating plans and invigilation arrangements.
- Ensuring examination materials are stored and handled securely.
- Liaising with examination boards and maintaining compliance with JCQ regulations.
- Supporting students and staff throughout examination periods.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration experience, ideally within an educational environment.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
- Can work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
- Has the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
Previous experience as an Exams Officer is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
