Wecncode AI Ambassador

Role Description

The AI Ambassador is a volunteer, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this role, the individual will engage with learners and community members, introduce them to Wecncode’s AI and technology learning resources, and support them in navigating the platform. The AI Ambassador will also help build local partnerships, represent Wecncode at community gatherings, and contribute to outreach efforts that grow an inclusive learning community.

Qualifications

  • Interest in AI, software development, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to keep learning and share knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain concepts clearly to people with varied technical backgrounds.
  • Community engagement or outreach experience, such as organizing events, supporting local initiatives, or participating in educational programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of learners, partners, and volunteers, and to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment.
  • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Previous experience in education, mentoring, or advocacy is beneficial but not required.
  • A genuine passion for making technology education more accessible and supporting individuals from underrepresented or underserved communities.
