About Housr

Housr puts community at the forefront of everything we do. Helping students get more out of university: with savings through Perks, exclusive student-only events through Ticketing, simple student bills through Housr Bills, flatmates through Roomie, and housing through Rental.

We’re growing exponentially, servicing over 200,000 students across our platform all over the UK. Housr is BUCS' official student housing partner, putting us at the heart of the biggest events in the student sporting calendar, servicing thousands of students at events from Cardiff Clash to Big BUCS Wednesday. We partner directly with institutions, such as the University of Birmingham, as their trusted housing partner, to support and deliver on housing solutions for their students.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role in a nutshell

Your core mission is to help make Housr a household name among university students UK-wide. You’ll work closely with our national team of Housr Brand Ambassadors and partnering societies to drive brand awareness and adoption of Housr on campus, in group chats, and through events and activations.

Is this you?

  • Are you a recent graduate looking to work in a student space?
  • Want to experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth tech company?
  • Want to build something in your first role, not just join something already built?

What you'll do

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding and management of BAs across our university cities
  • Bring in new society partners, from first outreach through to signing and onboarding
  • Attend events and ensure reps are representing the brand well and hitting their KPIs
  • Maintain a clear view of how each city is performing, on both the rep side and the society side
