Exams Officer
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking to play a key role in supporting student success? OneSchool Global UK Knockloughrim Campus is seeking a dedicated Exams Officer to manage and coordinate all aspects of the examinations process. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking school community, ensuring examinations are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with awarding body regulations.
Working closely with campus leadership, teaching staff, students, parents, and external examination boards, you will oversee the administration of both internal and external examinations throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, organising, and administering all internal and external examinations.
- Managing examination entries, amendments, withdrawals, and results.
- Liaising with examination boards and awarding organisations.
- Producing and maintaining accurate examination records and candidate data.
- Coordinating examination timetables, rooming arrangements, and logistics.
- Recruiting, training, and managing invigilators where required.
- Ensuring full compliance with JCQ, awarding body, and school regulations.
- Supporting students, staff, and parents with examination-related queries.
- Assisting with the administration of access arrangements alongside relevant staff.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent administrative and communication skills, and have a meticulous eye for detail. Previous examinations experience would be advantageous, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.
