Intern – Digital Marketing & Web Operations

The Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) team supports the delivery of digital marketing experiences across American Express. We are looking for an Intern – Digital Marketing & Web Operations, based in New York or London, to join the International Web Solutions team.

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting digital marketing and web initiatives, working with colleagues across Marketing, Product and Technology. This is an opportunity to learn how digital experiences are delivered at scale while contributing ideas to improve and simplify how we work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the delivery of digital marketing and web initiatives.
  • Assist with content updates and day-to-day campaign activities.
  • Help track projects, priorities and deliverables across the team.
  • Support reporting and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to process improvement, simplification and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Technology colleagues on projects and testing.
  • Help prepare documentation, presentations and stakeholder updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent qualification, with an interest in digital marketing, technology, product or web experiences.
  • Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Curious, proactive and keen to learn.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in digital platforms, data, UX, automation or emerging technologies is a plus.
  • No prior experience with AEM or other CMS platforms is required.

AEM, Technical or marketing degree

Graduation date must be in 2028
