Are you an experienced and ambitious school leader ready to take the next step and make a measurable impact?
Our modern Northampton Campus, opened just three years ago, presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and inspirational Campus Principal.
You will lead, develop and coach our staff, drive excellence in teaching and learning, and shape the Campus's continued growth and success.
We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who can develop and coach staff, drive excellence in teaching and learning, improve student outcomes, and strengthen student engagement and behaviour.
This is an opportunity to lead from the front, build on strong foundations and create a culture where staff and students are supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their very best.
About you
- Significant senior leadership experience within a school setting, such as Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher or equivalent
- A strong track record as an effective classroom practitioner, with the ability to model, coach and develop high-quality teaching
- Proven experience of improving student outcomes through effective leadership of teaching and learning
- Confidence in using assessment and performance data to identify priorities and drive improvement
- A visible, approachable and collaborative leadership style that builds trust with staff and students
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and school leadership responsibilities
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to developing both staff and students
Key responsibilities
- Provide effective day-to-day leadership of the campus, maintaining high expectations across teaching, learning and student outcomes
- Lead continuous improvement through effective coaching, performance management and professional development
- Maintaining a strong focus on student wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement
- Use data and assessment effectively to monitor progress, identify priorities and improve attainment
- Lead the development and delivery of the Campus Improvement Plan, ensuring agreed priorities translate into measurable impact
- Acting as a visible and approachable leader within the school community
- Build positive and productive relationships with staff, students, parents and colleagues across OneSchool Global
- Ensure the campus meets all safeguarding, statutory, regulatory and independent school requirements
- Contribute to the wider OneSchool Global network, sharing best practice and supporting initiatives across the organisation
