Location: Access Creative College Nottingham - Confetti Campus
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week + occasional evenings/weekends
Salary: £29,000
Reports to: Campus Administration Manager

Access Creative College is looking for a Campus Receptionist & Administrator to join our dynamic Nottingham team at Confetti Campus.
At Confetti, we do things differently. We’re a creative community where music, media, games, esports and events come together, and where students are encouraged to turn their passions into possibilities.
As the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and positive campus experience, while providing essential administrative support to help everything run smoothly behind the scenes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing reception, calls, emails, visitors and post.
- Supporting student attendance monitoring and administration.
- Assisting with admissions, enrolment and campus events.
- Managing visitor access and supporting safeguarding procedures.
- Maintaining health & safety records and campus documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the campus team.

About You
You’ll have:
- Previous reception, front-of-house or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A professional, friendly and student-focused approach.
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- An understanding of safeguarding, GDPR and equality and diversity.
- Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend events.
Experience In Education Is Desirable But Not Essential.
