Hudson River Trading (HRT) Recruiter Opportunity
Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Campus Recruiting team in London. In this role, you’ll focus on building deep, long-term relationships with students and universities to ensure HRT consistently connects with the strongest emerging technical talent.
This role offers a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and impact on HRT’s quantitative research campus talent strategy, while having the support of a highly collaborative and global team. You’ll touch every aspect of campus recruiting, including talent attraction (sourcing, marketing, and events) and talent evaluation (interviews and offers) to bring outstanding talent to HRT.

Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Source and build relationships with top technical talent at campuses across EMEA
- Data Driven Approach: Utilising data to drive efficiency across the recruiting process and to think critically about decisions for campus strategy
- Candidate and Pipeline Management: Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to execute highly efficient interview processes that identify standout candidates
- Interview and Offer Process: Lead candidates through the interview process with a focus on candidate experience, and collaborate directly with stakeholders on updates to our evaluation processes
- Internship Program: Build strong relationships with interns, partner with mentors and hiring managers on intern evaluation, and support some programmatic elements
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers on defining key candidate profiles, developing and iterating on interview processes, and maintaining a high hiring bar
- University Relations: Identify and establish relationships with key campus stakeholders (faculty, info sessions, networking events, etc.) and position HRT as a top employer for students across EMEA
- Logistics & Travel: Own, plan, and execute end to end recruiting events at campuses. Traveling to campuses to host recruiting events, as and when needed; acting as a brand ambassador for HRT

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, campus sourcing, university relations, program management, in quantitative trading, finance, or similar spaces preferred
- Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent
- Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, plus experience working with analytics/reporting tools
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinker with a process-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
