About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking experienced Camunda DevOps Lead with strong expertise in banking domain who will be overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of project.

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

We are seeking a visionary Camunda DevOps Lead who is responsible for shaping the marketing technology vision, roadmap, and operating model to enable data‑driven, omnichannel customer engagement. This role partners with Marketing, Data, Product, and Technology teams to define use cases, evaluate platforms, architect integrations, and ensure marketing capabilities deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your Skills:

  • DevOps Leadership:
    • Delivery Lead the design and implementation of CICD pipelines supporting automated builds testing and deployments across multiple environments
    • Own the end to end DevOps lifecycle from environment provisioning to production release governance
    • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform Helm and GitOps workflows
    • Establish DevOps standards patterns and reusable frameworks to ensure consistency security and reliability across engineering teams
  • Platform Engineering Automation:
    • Build and maintain scalable cloud ready platform infrastructure aligned with enterprise architecture
    • Create self-service automation tooling that empowers developers to deploy applications independently with minimal operational overhead
    • Reduce operational toil by implementing automation around monitoring scaling configuration and system maintenance
  • Observability Monitoring Reliability:
    • Implement comprehensive monitoring logging and alerting frameworks to ensure high platform availability and rapid incident response
    • Conduct performance tuning capacity planning and proactive issue resolution for mission critical systems
    • Establish operational runbooks readiness checklists and best practices for platform reliability
  • Security Compliance:
    • Embed security best practices into pipelines infrastructure and operations through automated checks and compliance controls
    • Ensure platform and deployments meet enterprise standards audit requirements and regulatory expectations
  • Cross Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with architects product owners cloud teams and engineering squads to align DevOps capabilities with business and technical goals
    • Provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship to DevOps engineers and development teams
  • Specialized Experience in Camunda:
    • Successfully deployed supported and automated Camunda platform operations using DevOps best practices including CICD pipelines for Camunda workflows platform monitoring performance tuning and end to end automation of Camunda based process application
