My client is a fast-growing, award-winning management consultancy specialising in delivering complex transformation across Financial Services.

We work with some of the world's leading banks, insurers, asset managers and financial institutions, combining deep industry expertise with leading technology platforms to solve complex business, data and transformation challenges.

They has recently secured £3 million of growth investment, marking the next stage of our growth journey. The investment is supporting the continued expansion of the business, development of our strategic partnerships and the creation of new practices in areas where we see significant client demand and market opportunity.

They are already a Camunda Partner, with strong relationships across the Camunda Sales and Go-to-Market organisation. We see significant opportunity to build on this foundation and establish Camunda as a core capability across the UK, US and India.

We are now looking for a Camunda Practice Lead to build and lead that business.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for developing their Camunda capability alongside the Practice and Commercial Partners into a significant consulting and delivery practice.

Working closely with our Practice and Commercial Partners, you will define the Camunda go-to-market strategy, develop propositions and solutions, support strategic client opportunities and build the capability required to deliver successfully at scale.

The role requires someone who can operate comfortably across both technology and commercial consulting.

You will have the technical credibility to engage architects and engineering teams on Camunda solutions, while also being able to sit with senior client stakeholders to understand their business challenges, shape propositions and articulate how process orchestration and automation can deliver measurable value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
