£27,200 basic | £35–40k OTE Year 1 | £55–70k+ OTE Year 2

The Role
As a 180 Consultant, you’ll manage the hiring process end to end, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You will:
- Identify and engage talented professionals in specialist markets
- Build trusted relationships with candidates
- Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring journey
- Keep processes organised, accurate and compliant
- Develop strong market knowledge and commercial awareness
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment
