About The Role
As our business continues to grow and evolve, we are committed to providing an outstanding experience for everyone who interacts with our brand, including prospective employees. We're looking for a Candidate Experience Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help drive excellence across the recruitment and candidate journey.
The Opportunity
Based from our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street, London, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about candidate experience, recruitment operations and continuous improvement.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Resourcers, hiring managers and stakeholders across the business, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey while supporting recruitment activity across a wide range of business areas.

Alongside managing recruitment processes and stakeholder engagement, you'll contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives, recruitment insights and market intelligence activities that support business hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Experience & Recruitment Delivery
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person interviews across multiple business areas.
- Ensure candidates receive a professional, inclusive and engaging experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate screening, qualification and recruitment administration.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business.
- Manage recruitment activity during periods of high-volume hiring and changing business priorities.
Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Support the implementation of new tools, systems and automation initiatives.
- Act as a super-user for recruitment systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Produce recruitment reports, dashboards and insights to support hiring decisions.
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects focused on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.
Market Insights & Talent Intelligence
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners with talent mapping and market research projects.
- Create and format market mapping documents, talent intelligence reports and candidate landscape summaries.
- Produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings and on-going recruitment job requisitions
- Support on presenting recruitment data and market insights in a clear, engaging and visually compelling format.
- Support strategic search assignments by identifying talent pools and competitor intelligence.
Employer Brand & Attraction
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate candidate and employee testimonial campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external attraction partners and job boards.
- Monitor and help improve Knight Frank's presence on employer review platforms, including Glassdoor and Indeed.
- Provide recommendations on sourcing strategies and attraction channels.

Onboarding & New Joiner Experience
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of onboarding and induction programmes.
- Gather new joiner feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience from offer through to onboarding.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Support inclusive hiring initiatives and best practice recruitment processes.
- Work with internal stakeholders to help embed diversity and inclusion principles throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Contribute recruitment data and insights to internal and external DE&I reporting where required.
About You
You'll be highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about creating exceptional experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike.
You'll likely have:
- Experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, Candidate Experience or Recruitment Operations role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience best practice.
- Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations, reports and presentation materials for senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting talent mapping, market research or recruitment intelligence projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence working with recruitment systems and technology, ideally including Workday or similar ATS platforms.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.
