Candidate Interview Specialist
6 month contract
London - Hybrid (3 days in office per week)
Role Summary:
The Candidate Interview Specialist plays an integral part within the Early Talent Recruitment Experience and Assessments Hub. The role is critical to running and maintaining the high standards of candidate assessment for our Early Talent recruiting, across graduate, intern and apprenticeship hires. The Candidate Interviewing Specialist will be an Interviewing SME and will conduct a high volume of interviews ensuring quality, consistency and fairness is maintained in line with the Early Talent Assessment model, while ensuring a top class and seamless candidate experience. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and The Early Talent market within the UK.

Please note this is an onsite role, with Monday and Friday as mandatory in-office days, with a 3rd mandatory in-office day during peak interview times.

Key Responsibilities:
Includes but not limited to the following:
- Interviewing
- Conduct a high volume of virtual interviews during peak recruitment periods, using our recruitment platform to score candidates and record feedback.
- Support in-person final interviews at our London office during peak recruitment periods.
- Provide advice and guidance to interviewing managers.
- Support the Interview Coordinator in our London office as required.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our virtual interview platform, supporting the wider team and troubleshooting common issues when needed.
- Train and mentor new team members on the virtual interview platform.
- Help candidates prepare for each stage of the recruitment process through digital helpdesk sessions, phone calls and other communication channels.
- Communicate outcomes to candidates and provide verbal feedback on request.
- Help manage two busy candidate inboxes, responding promptly to queries and ensuring requested interview adjustments are recorded and implemented.
- Candidate Management and Experience
- Support with managing Applicant Tracking System to ensure candidates are progressed through or withdrawn from the pipeline in a timely manner to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
