Part of Acacium Group, Pulse Mental Health is a specialist provider of mental health professionals across the UK, committed to delivering high-quality staffing solutions and supporting healthcare services nationwide.


đź’ˇ About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Support the end-to-end timesheet and payroll process, ensuring candidates are paid accurately and on time.
  • Manage candidate bookings, onboarding documentation, and system updates to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support across compliance, including ID checks and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates and consultants, resolving queries and delivering excellent service.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

  • Previous administrative or support experience, ideally within recruitment, healthcare, or a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing high volumes of tasks and working to deadlines.
  • Experience dealing with queries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Good level of basic education; numerate and literate.
