From a bold idea to revolutionising dog food, Years has grown into a fast-scaling business dedicated to helping dogs live longer, healthier lives. In just 3 years, we've built a great start-up business, serving thousands of happy customers, all while striving to achieve our mission.

Our goal? To give dog owners a better, fresher, and healthier way to feed their pets. We provide human-cut, personalized meals designed to support each dog's unique needs, delivered straight to their door - no preservatives, no compromises, just real nutrition. You can find our customers across the UK, with future ambitions to scale internationally and continue transforming how people care for their dogs.

Your Mission

Nutrition is at the heart of what makes Years different, and customers want to hear it from a real expert, not just marketing copy. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role that puts a qualified, credible voice in front of our customers and our audience: answering real questions about feeding, health, and transitioning onto fresh food, and appearing on camera to bring that expertise into our marketing.

You'll split your time between one-to-one customer nutrition calls, helping people make the right choice for their dog, and on-camera work for marketing, acting as a trusted, knowledgeable face of the brand throughout the contract term. You'll work closely with our customer support, retention and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Customer nutrition calls: speaking directly with customers about their dog's diet, health conditions, and feeding transitions, translating nutrition science into clear, practical advice
  • On-camera marketing content: appearing in video, social, and ad content as the credible nutrition voice of the brand
  • Content collaboration: working with the marketing teams to shape scripts, content, and campaign messaging so it's nutritionally accurate and on-brand
  • Customer Support partnership: acting as the escalation point for complex nutrition queries the CS team can't fully answer themselves
  • Consistency and accuracy: making sure nutrition advice given to customers lines up with what's said publicly in marketing, and flagging anything that doesn't
  • Feedback loop: sharing themes and recurring questions from customer calls back to the wider team to inform product, content, and CRM messaging

What You'll Bring

  • A recognised canine nutrition qualification (e.g. registered/certified canine nutritionist, or equivalent professional accreditation), undergraduate degree level or higher.
  • Experience giving one-to-one nutrition advice directly to pet owners or clients
  • Comfortable and confident on camera, able to explain technical topics in a warm, approachable way
  • Strong verbal communication: able to simplify nutrition science for a general audience without losing accuracy
  • Reliable availability across the contract term to deliver a consistent volume of customer calls and content shoots
