About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our canine concierge team as a Canine Travel Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will take full ownership of global pet travel compliance, audit veterinary records, manage government export/import portal submissions, plan airline flight routings, and travel internationally with VIP canine clients to deliver dedicated one-on-one care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Government Portals & Permits: Manage and execute end-to-end import and export applications through official government portals, securing all necessary international entry and exit permits across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
  • Document Auditing: Audit pet travel paperwork, manage pet passports, and strictly track timelines for mandatory vaccinations, RNATT/rabies titres, and parasite treatments to ensure total regulatory compliance.
  • Flight Routing & Itinerary Planning: Research and navigate airline regulations to map out optimal, direct travel routes for dogs, building detailed international travel itineraries for each journey.
  • International Travel & One-on-One Care: Accompany canine clients on international journeys, providing dedicated, one-on-one companion care throughout transit from London to the final destination.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
