Key Responsibilities

  • Own and scale the global onboarding capability framework. Standardise role-based onboarding pathways across all business units.
  • Support the integration and onboarding of acquired businesses.
  • Improve manager ownership of onboarding through practical toolkits, structured journeys, and manager-led practices.
  • Measure and improve time-to-proficiency, new hire retention, and new hire experience.
  • Scale AI capability across the business and change. Operationalise and expand existing AI initiatives, learning pathways, and communities.
  • Establish metrics to measure AI capability, adoption, and business impact.
  • Build scalable change management tools, resources, adoption frameworks, and manager-led practices.
  • Support strategic initiatives including PRISM, acquisitions, AI adoption, sales transformation, and platform changes.
  • Create scalable learning and capability assets. Use AI and improved processes to create reusable learning journeys, digital content, toolkits, and capability resources.
  • Support subject matter experts in translating knowledge into practical learning resources that can be used in the flow of work.
  • Establish capability measurement and analytics. Develop reporting and dashboards that link capability initiatives to business outcomes.
  • Measure onboarding effectiveness, AI adoption, learning effectiveness, and capability impact.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform prioritisation, investment decisions, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts across global business units.
  • Interpret and bridge the connection between current and desired performance, helping leaders identify and embed changes where appropriate.
  • Complete special projects as required.

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Strong capability in learning, performance, onboarding, and change needs assessment
  • Experience building scalable capability frameworks, manager toolkits, learning journeys, and digital resources
  • Ability to use AI to improve speed, scalability, content creation, and learning accessibility
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, time-to-proficiency, employee experience, and retention measures
  • Ability to establish capability metrics, dashboards, and reporting that connect initiatives to business outcomes
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and able to partner with subject matter experts, managers, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
  • Experience supporting change adoption, transformation initiatives, and business integration activity
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify performance gaps, and recommend practical actions
  • Experience translating workforce planning insights into capability development needs, learning priorities, and practical interventions that close skills and performance gaps
  • Able to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Collaborates and supports others while holding strong accountability for measurable outcomes
  • Remains global/group focused and is able to create consistency across regions and business units
  • Opens to and drives change, using practical tools and clear communication to support adoption
  • Solves problems, makes decisions, and provides constructive challenge where needed to improve outcomes
