🚀 Capability PMO Programme Lead

📅 6 Month Contract

📍 Warwick (1–2 days onsite)

Are you a passionate leader with a talent for driving excellence in project delivery? We’re looking for a Capability PMO Programme Lead to join a high-impact digital programme and shape how governance, standards, and assurance are delivered at scale.

🎯 What You’ll Do

As the Capability PMO Programme Lead, you’ll set the benchmark for delivery excellence and enable teams to perform at their best.

✨ You will:

  • Define best practice across planning, RAID, reporting, financials, and benefits tracking
  • Empower teams with tools, templates, and frameworks to succeed
  • Drive consistency, quality, and transparency across the programme
  • Lead governance and assurance with confidence and credibility
  • Provide insight-led reporting to support senior decision-making

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and embed PMO standards and ways of working
  • Coach and upskill delivery teams to drive capability and ownership
  • Provide constructive challenge and independent assurance
  • Oversee programme plans, risks, dependencies, and financial controls
  • Deliver clear, meaningful reporting and forward-looking insights
