To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Clinical Governance function, ensuring the effective management of governance activities, clinical compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. The role supports safe, effective, and high-quality service delivery through accurate data management, meeting coordination, reporting, audit support, and the maintenance of clinical staff compliance, training, and professional registration records.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly registration checks, maintain compliance records, update Cascade, and support Clinical Governance and CME reporting.
- Process clinical approvals and revocations, manage MSD updates, amendments, and deletions, and maintain central course records across Lot 1 and Lot 2.
- Produce governance reports, data packs, and assurance documentation whilst supporting governance reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
- Track compliance, audits, risks, incidents, and governance activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Manage central inboxes, coordinate ID badge requests, and support day-to-day administrative functions across the organisation.
- Coordinate out-of-hours and MHFC rotas, undertake recruitment cross-checks, and assist with workforce administration processes.
- Assist with inspections, accreditation processes, and committee reporting to ensure high-quality service delivery & support continuing professional development and compliance training requirements.

Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to analyse, collate, and present data in a clear and concise manner.
