We are seeking an experienced Capacity Manager to ensure IT services have sufficient capacity to meet current and future business demand, while minimising the risk of performance issues and outages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor infrastructure, application and service capacity.
  • Identify and escalate capacity risks and constraints.
  • Coordinate capacity planning across technical teams.
  • Support major incident recovery where capacity is impacted.
  • Provide demand forecasting and growth planning.
  • Maintain capacity reports, dashboards and improvement plans.
