Responsibilities

Team Introduction:

CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors, and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new potential creator communities focused on AI and generative tools, and develop marketing and organizational strategies to rapidly grow these communities and drive adoption of our AI and editing tools.
  • Develop and execute creator operation strategies based on deep insights into creator needs, improving creator activity, retention, and satisfaction while supporting their long-term growth.
  • Build structured systems for the recruitment, onboarding, and management of creators and agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze key creator-related metrics, identify problems through data, and drive solutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with content teams to define content production strategies aligned with different content verticals, ensuring content quality and achieving supply targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial teams to support creator and agency monetization initiatives.
  • Lead product feedback loops by conducting user research, collecting creator insights, and driving feature iteration and optimization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creator operations, talent management, or agency management within short-video, livestreaming platforms, or AI products.
  • Basic skills in video and image editing; strong interest in AI technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the digital content ecosystem, including short-form video, the film/TV industry, editing tools, and leading AI tools.
  • Experience with creator recruitment, agency management, and creator monetization strategies.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, capable of working in cross-cultural and cross-time-zone environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High sensitivity to content trends, especially in US/EU markets.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to perform under tight deadlines, with strong collaboration and execution capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
