Marcenta is a London-based independent dry bulk shipbroker expanding its Capesize desk — built on direct relationships, real-time Baltic index tracking and an AI-assisted intake that means no live enquiry ever waits until Monday morning.
We're looking for an experienced ship broker to fix and manage Capesize tonnage across the major iron ore and coal trades, sourcing cargo and vessel positions, negotiating freight and charter party terms, and building direct relationships with owners, traders and miners active in the segment.

Requirements
- Proven experience broking or chartering Capesize dry bulk tonnage
- Strong understanding of iron ore, coal and major Capesize trade routes
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, market-driven environment
