Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in sales? Or just exploring what's out there? Either way, you've come to the right place! We're looking for an energetic, results-driven Capital Account Manager with experience in outbound sales and account management within the payments or fintech industry to join our vibrant sales team at Lightspeed Commerce in London. As an Account Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of hospitality customers, helping them grow their businesses by leveraging Lightspeed's financial services. If you're passionate about fintech, SaaS, and consultative sales, we'd love to hear from you!
What you'll be doing
- Deliver exceptional customer service while advising merchants on Lightspeed Capital solutions.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and identify opportunities to expand their use of financial services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and customer growth.
- Achieve sales targets through strategic account management while collaborating closely with regional sales leaders.
What you'll bring
- Experience in outbound sales, ideally selling financial products or services.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Business fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A passion for continuous learning, feedback, and personal development.
- A self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to succeed.

- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of SaaS and consultative selling.
