A Capital Allowance Senior Manager is sought by a growing Top 20 accountancy and advisory firm in London. Due to continued growth and increasing demand for specialist capital allowances advice, the team is looking to appoint an experienced professional to support its expanding client base.

Working closely with a highly knowledgeable and respected Capital Allowance Director, this role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth of an established and successful team. The firm is known for its genuinely friendly, collaborative and supportive culture, where individuals are encouraged to share ideas, develop their expertise and build long-term careers. With significant investment being made into the team, there is a clear and realistic path towards Director and Partnership for the right individual.

The Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of capital allowances clients, delivering high-quality advisory services.
  • Lead capital allowances claims and advisory projects across commercial property, infrastructure, plant and machinery, and wider capital asset investments.
  • Review technical reports and provide practical advice to clients on maximising available reliefs and identifying planning opportunities.
  • Work closely with Partners, Directors and colleagues across tax, audit and other service lines on a range of client assignments.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing services.
  • Mentor and support junior team members as the team continues to grow.

About You:

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, MRICS or similarly qualified.
  • Strong capital allowances experience gained within practice or a specialist consultancy environment.
  • Sound knowledge of UK capital allowances legislation and experience advising on a range of capital asset projects.
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and delivering technical advice with confidence.
  • A collaborative and commercially minded professional who enjoys working within a team-oriented environment.
